In this series, I challenged the conventional idea of feminine beauty with still-life studies. In my country, various myths are associated with the woman’s beauty and her hair. I captured fallen hair, used nose strips, and used wax strips as my subject in a beautiful setting to address the issue of rigid beauty standards. Things that are usually considered as flaws took center stage and stole the focus.
